The team will first establish an understanding of our hugg partner and its approach to managing their own residential housing assets, reviewing their governance needs, in-house resource capability and specialist areas of expertise.
hugg homes will work closely with the partner to tailor a bespoke service ensuring tenancy management, estates management and responsive repair and maintenance needs are met. The service will be linked to performance requirements to ensure high-levels of resident satisfaction. The combined management offer seeks to maximise the expertise held within both hugg homes and the partner organisation.
Where a hugg homes partner does not want to retain any management responsibilities, a full service offer can be provided as part of any direct lease arrangement with hugg homes.
