hugg shortlisted for leading award

hugg is delighted to have been shortlisted in the Sunday Times British Homes Awards in the category of Housing Crisis Solution.

This award goes to a high-quality development, or part of it, that makes homes truly affordable to people on lower incomes. It is open to micro homes; first-time buyer schemes; build-to-rent and other rental innovations; as well as homes for social rent, affordable rent, intermediate rent or shared ownership.

Discussing the shortlisting, Sally Ingham Group New Business Director at Inland Homes - hugg’s parent company - said: “Although we are a relatively new initiative, hugg has hit the ground running and already made a real difference to the communities at our existing locations. To be shortlisted for this award is testament to the great projects we have delivered to date and the quality of product and service we have given to our residents.”

The awards ceremony will take place this September - keep across hugg’s social media channels to hear any further updates and news.
